Production time

Every PrismFig item is custom-made from your photo. Standard production takes 8–12 business days after your order is confirmed. Rush production (7–10 business days) is available at checkout for an additional $20.

Shipping time

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. After production, delivery typically takes 8–10 business days to the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Remote areas (such as Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico) may take up to 11–15 business days.

Total delivery time

Standard orders take approximately 15–20 business days in total (production + shipping). Rush orders take approximately 12–17 business days.

Digital preview

Before production begins, you will receive a digital preview of your figurine for approval. Production starts after your approval. Please review the preview carefully, as changes are not possible once production has begun.

Customs and import duties

Orders ship from China and are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DAP). Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer's responsibility and may be collected by the carrier at delivery.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
